How can I track my order?

Your tracking code will be in the shipping confirmation email. Tracking info will be generated on the day your order is shipped.

Returns

Return Shipping Fee

Shipping is at your cost. Please pack and ship the returned items to our warehouse in Hongkong, China.

How long do I have to make a return?

You have a maximum of 14 days from the date you've received all your purchased items in the same order to submit the return request. 

Condition

All item(s) must be unused and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. If Item is broken upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photos or videos explaining the issues.

The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable, in most cases.

Your refund will be processed within 7 - 10 days after your returned package has arrived at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Import Duties and Taxes

Do I need to pay import duties, customs and local sales taxes?

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. MagMon will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you are familiar with your package destination’s import duty, customs and local sales taxes, as well as its rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products. If a delivery attempt has been made and the item was not collected and has been returned to us, you will be required to pay the re-delivery fee and the duty tax for re-import of the purchased items.

It is a little difficult to use when you have a protective case on your phone. If the phone holder was a little more sturdier for phones with cases on them, then I would use it a lot more

    I use this product to record my YouTube videos while using the back camera on my phone, and it works great. My only complaint is that the screen lags whenever recording in 4K but works just fine in 1080p/HD. I would love to see support in the future for you to be able to connect your phone using a cable instead of over Wi-Fi.
